Our Staff are fully trained Bicycle Mechanics. All our mechanics have undergone training courses and seminars in all facets of components especially Shimano and Campagnolo.

Kids 12inch – 20 inch BMX Service $35.00 without Gears
We recommend this Service every 12 Months and it consists of the following works:
- Check and Adjust Brake calipers, Pads and cable tension
- Check and Adjust Front and Rear Wheel bearings and cones
- Check and Fasten all allen key or nut and bolts on Bike
- Check and Adjust Head set , stem and Handlebars
- Clean and Lube chain and all moving components
- Check and minor true wheels within bike
- Clean Wipe down of Bike Frame
- Check and inflate tyres to recommended pressure
- Test Ride Bike
Note: Any parts and cables are additional to the service
General Service $60.00 – Road, MTB’s and Hybrids
We recommend a General Service every 6 Months and it consists of the following works:
- Check and Adjust gears and Cable Tension
- Check and Adjust Brake calipers, Pads and cable tension

- Check and Fasten all allen key or nut and bolts on Bike
- Check and Tighten Pedals
- Check and Adjust Head set, stem and Handlebars

- Check and Adjust Bottom Bracket
- Check and Adjust gears and Cable Tension
- Check and Adjust Brake calipers, Pads and cable tension
- Check and Adjust Front and Rear Wheel Hubs, bearings and cones
- Check and Fasten all allen key or nut and bolts on Bike
- Check and tighten Pedals
- Check and Adjust Head set, stem and Handlebars
- Clean and Lube chain and all moving components
- Check and minor true wheels within bike

Complete Overhaul of Bike $199.00 – Road, MTB’s and Hybrids
We recommend a Complete Overhaul every 18 Months and it consists of the following works:
- Record, Write down and mark all essential measurements for customer bike
- Complete disassembly of bicycle
- Degrease Drive Chain, Cluster, Rear, Front derailleur and Cranks
- Rebuild and Re grease Bottom Bracket
- Rebuild, Regrease / oil and Adjust gears and Cable Tension
- Rebuild, Regrease / oil and Adjust Brake calipers, Pads and cable tension
- Rebuild and Regrease Front and Rear Wheel Hubs, bearings and cones
- Rebuild, Regrease and Fasten all allen key or nut and bolts on Bike
- Rebuild and Regrease Head set, stem and Handlebars
- Rebuild and Regrease Pedals and tighten to cranks
- Refit seat pillar grease if non carbon and tighten to correct saddle height
- Tighten seat clamp and seat
- Lube chain and all moving components
- Check, clean and true wheels in bike jig
- Clean and polish Bike Frame
- Check and inflate tyres to recommended pressure

You can hire out Race Wheels for the weekends for that special race. It is imperative that you book early to be guaranteed of hiring out the wheels as limited number of wheels is on offer.

It is very important to be correctly fitted to a Racing and or Mountain Bike. The whole purpose of being correctly sized to a Bicycle is that it ensures the athlete of being totally comfortable and it also maximizes the athlete power and efficiency whilst riding.
Before anyone who considers buying a new or used racing bike, you have to know what size you require.
Bookings and appointments are essential. Fit Kits can take between 1hr – 2 hrs in duration .
